• Refund Policy: Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of The Credit Cat and are subject to service-specific terms outlined in the Service Agreement.

5. Service Agreement

Prior to the initiation of any Services, you will be required to enter into a formal Service Agreement detailing the scope of Services, fees, and other pertinent terms. This agreement will be provided to you electronically and must be reviewed and accepted before Services commence.

7. Compliance with Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

The Credit Cat complies with all provisions of the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). As required by CROA:

• We cannot remove accurate and timely negative information from your credit report.
• You may cancel your contract with us at any time.
